KA-ZE Sushi is a family run restaurant located in Whistler, BC for over 20 years. The owner, Tom Akama, or “Tokyo Tom” as he is famously known in the community, has created a restaurant with an intimate dining experience where guests feel at home.

Tokyo Tom has travelled the world to taste the best and distills his experiences for his guests in the unique presentations at KA-ZE, sourcing only the finest ingredients. Come try our exclusive seasonal fish imported from Japan, such as Blue Fin Tuna, Kampachi, Aji, Shima-Aji, and Tai. We also offer our signature Nabe (hot pots) with Matsuzaka Beef in your choice of Sukiyaki and Shabu-Shabu.
